INGREDIENTS:

INDICATIONS: Cattle:

r
• Anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic treatment of respiratory infections, mammary gland oedema and supportive treatment of acute clinical mastitis in combination with appropriate antibiotic treatment, if necessary.

r

• Anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic treatment of musculoskeletal diseases (e.g. supportive treatment of postpartum paresis, lameness, arthritis, traumatic injuries, dystocia).

Horses:

r
• Anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment of laminitis, myositis, inflammation after surgery.

r

• Symptomatic treatment of colic. Symptomatic treatment of fever.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: For deep intramuscular injection once daily for up to 3 to 5 days.

r
• Cattle: 3 ml/100 kg of body weight.

r

• Horses: 1 ml/45 kg of body weight.

r

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: Since the last injection – for meat: 4 days. There is no withdrawal period necessary for the milk of treated cattle.r

CONTRAINDICATION: Do not administer to horses or cattle that have previously shown hypersensitivity to ketoprofen. Do not administer other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) concurrently or within 24 hours of each other. Use is contraindicated in animals suffering from cardiac, hepatic or renal disease, where there is the possibility of gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding, or evidence of blood dyscrasia or hypersensitivity to the product.r
